At the DigiTech EmpowerHer Program, we believe every woman deserves the opportunity to thrive—personally, professionally, and financially. Our program is designed to help women in the West Midlands, particularly those from low-income backgrounds, unlock their potential using digital tools, IT skills, and the power of AI.
From handmade goods to storytelling, haircare, fashion, and more—many women possess valuable skills that remain untapped in today’s digital economy. Our innovative training programs bridge this gap. We provide hands-on learning in digital literacy, artificial intelligence, and product development, while offering practical support to help women launch and grow online income streams.
Our Approach is Built on Two Strategic Pillars:
1. Confidence for Career Re-entry:
We provide hands-on training in digital and basic IT skills to help women build the confidence and competence needed to return to work. Through our supportive workshops, participants gain the practical tools and knowledge to pursue flexible and meaningful employment opportunities in today’s tech-driven world.

2. Creativity to Income through AI
We help women turn their talents, crafts, and passions into income-generating digital products using AI tools.
From online courses and eBooks to digital art and product guides, we support women in monetising their creativity and creating sustainable, independent income streams.

Our mission is to empower 500 women across the West Midlands by 2030 through inclusive access to digital and IT skills. We focus on supporting low-income women—especially those with creative talents and crafts—by equipping them with AI tools and entrepreneurial knowledge to turn their skills into sustainable income through digital products. Our goal is to create a future where women thrive independently, economically, and creatively in the digital economy.
