DigitTech EmpowerHer
Program
The DigiTech EmpowerHer Program is a community-centered initiative dedicated to empowering women in the West Midlands with essential digital and IT skills. This program seeks to close the digital divide and improve employment prospects for women by concentrating on under-represented and economically disadvantaged neighborhoods.
DigiTech EmpowerHer prepares participants for positions in data entry, office administration, and IT project assistance through easily accessible, practical training sessions, workshops, and career coaching. This initiative promotes employability and fosters inclusion and diversity within the workforce, creating pathways to brighter futures for women in Coventry and beyond.

Mums returning to work initiative
The “Women Return to Work – Skills Development Hub” is dedicated to helping women from marginalized communities across the West Midlands gain valuable digital and IT skills. Our mission is to support women, particularly those on career breaks or with limited access to training, to build confidence and enhance their employability through tailored training, practical workshops, and a supportive network.
Through community support and potential funding, this initiative seeks to bridge the digital divide and foster a brighter, digitally inclusive future for women.
