to offer accessible high-quality educational resources and training. These collaborations will
help enhance employability, empower marginalized communities, and contribute to the broader
goal of reducing the skills gap in the technology sector. Sterling People’s Hub gathers and
processes your personal information following this privacy notice and in compliance with the
relevant data protection regulations and laws. This notice provides you with the necessary

Sterling People’s Hub takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and

layers of security measures in place.

Sterling People’s Hub may transfer your personal data outside the EU for purposes connected
to fulfilling our services to you. If we do, any associated risks will be mitigated, and appropriate
security measures as outlined by the GDPR will be put in place to safeguard your data.

Consequences of Not Providing Your Data

You are not obligated to provide your personal information to SPH, however, as this
information is required for us to provide you with our services, we will not be able to offer
some/all our services without it.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Sterling Peoples Hub only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we
have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required
under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a
minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. In addition, recordings of telephone
calls for training, customer service and quality assurance purposes will be retained for a
maximum of 30 days.
If you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such. `data until
you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.

Lodging A Complaint

Sterling Peoples Hub only processes your personal information in compliance with this privacy
notice and in accordance with the relevant data protection laws.
